You may have a clear sense of why you're looking for a therapist, or perhaps you're unsure but know you'd like some support. Whatever is going on for you, my intention is to provide an open and supportive space to begin exploring your unique life experiences.
As a UKCP-registered psychotherapist in training I bring warmth and empathy to my approach, working relationally to begin making sense of your experiences and who you are. My humanistic and integrative training means I adapt my approach to each individual, remaining open to whatever comes up in session.
Psychotherapy offers space for curiosity, connection and self-discovery. Together we can explore your experiences at your own pace and begin to look at the deeper reasons behind your difficulties.
Sessions & Fee
Sessions are held at my private and peaceful practice room in Mamhilad Park Estate. There is free parking onsite, the nearest train station is Pontypool & New Inn and it is approximately a 15 minute drive from the M4 corridor.
My fee is £55 per session

- Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, BCPC
- BA (Hons) Journalism
